Boating
Drop anchor into adventure
A 10-person pontoon boat (available for rent) is your magic carpet to the gorgeous gem known as Georgian Bay. Use it to visit nearby islands for a day on the beach or to go farther to iconic Midland and Penetanguishene harbours. Want to spend some time on the water connecting with nature? Drop anchor somewhere and throw in a line. The boat has a bimini top for some shade to keep you cool when you’re travelling or taking a break from your adventures.
Spa
Tranquil relaxation
The lakehouse gives you a personal water circuit spa. Feel all your stress melt away as you treat yourself to time in the hot tub. If you want it hot and dry, you can take a moment in the steamy sauna (coming fall 2024!) after your hot tub dip. In wintertime, you can complete the hot-cold circuit by taking a cold plunge in the lake. If you want to pamper yourself further, we can recommend a couple of spas on mainland.
Summer
Endless summer adventures
Whether you’re into boating or not, the island offers many other opportunities to spend your summer days. We guarantee you won’t be able to resist the water, so you have your own private little beach to go for a swim or soak up the sun. If you want some land-based action, head over to the local golf course or rent some ATV’s locally to ride the Baxter Tract Loop. There’s plenty of space at lakehouse so you can throw the ball or the frisbee or stargaze on a peaceful night.
Winter
Winter wonderland
We’re here for your winter getaway, too. The property is winterized for year-round use so you can come up for an ice fishing weekend. Winter is also the best time to come up for some crosscountry skiing or to join a local snowmobile club for a classic Canadian winter pastime.
