Pet Policy

In order to receive a full damage deposit back and you are planning to bring a pet, the pet policy must be followed.

• Dogs are the only pets permitted on the property
• A maximum of 2 pets are permitted per stay. Pets must be disclosed to the host at the time of booking. Pets weight must be under 20lbs.
• Visitors must clean up after pets inside and outside.
• All pets are to remain on the rental property.
• Water & food dishes for your pet are included with your stay. Please bring your own food
• Pets are not permitted on any furniture (sofas, beds, chairs etc.). Please bring your furry friend a bed they can use on the floor.
• Pets must never be left unattended in the cottage unless crated.
• As a courtesy for our other furry guests, pets must be free of flees and ticks and current on prevention treatment.
• If any dog is barking excessively, you may be asked to remove the pet from the property.
• Any and all damages cause by pets will result in no refund of security deposit.
